Ordering

How do I order online?

1. The first step is to create a Frangipani Fabrics account by clicking on the words “create an account” on the top of the home page. By creating an account you are registering your contact details with us to enable you to place an order. This account is secured by your username and password. Please visit our Privacy Notice section if you have any concerns about this.
Creating an account enables you to:
1. Create a permanent cart. This means that any products added to your online shopping cart are saved, and stay there until you remove them or check them out. You can register using your username and password at any computer at any time. This way you can shop conveniently by starting your order on Monday at work, and finishing it on Friday at home, if this is what you choose to do!
2. Create an order history. This way you can view any past purchases you have made with us.
3. Register for our monthly newsletter. You will only be sent the newsletter if you subscribe by ticking the “Newsletter” box in the account form. You can unsubscribe at any time.
If you do not wish to create an account, you will not be able to order online. However, you are welcome to email, phone or fax us to place an order.
2. Simply browse through the categories and choose the products you would like to order by clicking the “Buy Now” button. This will place the products in your Shopping Cart, which you can view at any time by clicking on the “Cart Contents” button at the top of the screen. You can remove products at any time.
3. Now it is just a matter of checking out. Either click on the “Checkout” button at the top of the screen, or if you are already in the Shopping Cart, select this option.
4. Now enter your details, and
5. Pay online

What payment methods do you accept?

We use the PayPal method of payment for online orders. We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard and by Direct Deposit from all customers. We accept payment by cheque or money order from Australian customers only.

Our shopping cart is secure.

How to order offline

We are happy to accept orders by phone, mail or email. However, please don’t send credit card details by email, as this is not secure.

What currency are the prices in?

All prices are in Australian Dollars - AUD and include GST (a Goods and Services Tax of 10%). Overseas customers will not be charged GST on their order – it will be deducted from the total at the time of order.

Products

All fabric is priced per meter. Whilst we strive for accuracy in portraying the colour of the fabrics, we cannot guarantee that they are 100% accurate. Please ask us to send you a sample if you are concerned.

Is there a minimum online order for fabric?

Yes, there is a minimum online order of 25cms per fabric.

Are all your products listed on the website?

Unfortunately not all of our products are on the website at the moment, although we’re aiming to get as many on as possible!
