Our Loyalty Club is pretty simple – you will receive a $10.00 gift voucher for every $100.00 you spend!
What are the rewards of becoming a Frangipani Loyalty Club Member?
Loyalty Club members receive a subscription to our bi-monthly newsletter (optional), and a $10.00 gift voucher for every $100.00 they spend with us. Gift vouchers will be issued by post or email immediately after members spend $100.00.
How can I become a Loyalty Club member online?
Simply create an account with us and check the box for Loyalty Club membership. If you are an existing account holder, either contact us to join you up, or amend your account details by logging in, to include Loyalty Club membership.
Will my membership details be given to a third party?
No. We value your right to privacy, and the security of your personal information.
All information that you provide to us by registering for the Loyalty Club, will be treated as confidential and will not be shared or sold.
This information will only be used for the purposes of enabling you to receive the newsletter and collect your reward Gift Vouchers.
When you become a member you will not receive any unsolicited correspondence from us apart from the confirmation of your membership, or information relating to your membership.
Can I be a member of the Loyalty Club and still receive a discount for being a member of a relevant organisation, or a Senior’s Card holder?
Unfortunatley we cannot offer Loyalty Club members any additional discounts for membership of an organisation, or being a Senior’s Card Holder. This includes members of the Tasmanian Quilting Guild, and Hobart Embroiderer’s Guild.
How can I redeem my Gift Voucher?
You can spend your Gift Voucher by mail, phone or in person. To redeem your gift voucher online:
1. From the categories select "Gift Vouchers - Redeem"
2. Select the value of the Gift Voucher you have and click "Buy Now", this will subtract the value of your Gift Voucher from your purchases.
3. In the shopping cart enter the number of gift vouchers of that type and either continue shopping or check out.
If your purchase is for more than the value of the Gift Voucher, you can pay the balance using the standard payment options.
You do not have to spend the total amount at once, and you can use your reward vouchers on sale items.
Is there an expiry date for my reward points?
No, there is not.
Is there an expiry date for my Gift Voucher?
Yes, these gift vouchers expire within 6 months of the date of issue. The expiry date will appear on your voucher.
Can I redeem by Gift Voucher for cash?
No.
Can my friends or members of my family use my Gift Voucher?
Yes, that’s fine!
What happens if I lose my Gift Voucher?
We will keep records of member vouchers, so please let us know if you’ve lost your voucher, and we can replace it.
