How soon will my order be sent?Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 working days, providing the products are in stock.
What if the products I’ve ordered are out of stock?
If the products are not in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible, and advise you of the expected delivery time.
You are welcome to cancel or amend your order if the products are not in stock. We will not process payment until the order is packed and ready to go!
Delivery Charges
There are no handling charges on any purchases.
Australia
Australian customers can choose between express and standard post. Please remember that express post enables your order to be tracked and traced via a unique barcode number. Express post also guarantees next-business-day delivery within the Express Post Network. Please visit the Australia Post website for more information.
International
Overseas customers can choose from Australia Post International Parcel Post Air (which is estimated to arrive within 3-10 working days), Australia Post International Parcel Post Economy (which is estimated to arrive within 2-4 weeks), and Australia Post International Parcel Post Sea (delivery times vary, although this is not a speedy option. Please contact us for a quote on how long your parcel will take to arrive).
As these methods cannot be insured or tracked, we do not accept responsibility for the receipt of international shipping. Any problems must be taken up with Australia Post.
If you would like your parcel to be insured and tracked, or to be sent urgently, we can arrange for it to be sent by Express Courier International. Please contact us if you wish to use this service, and we will provide you with a quote.

Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy is outlined below, and is in accordance with the Australian Trade Practices Act.
Although it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase, we will not accept returns and provide a refund if a customer:
- simply changes their mind after buying the goods
- has discovered they can buy the goods more cheaply or on better terms somewhere else
- knew about a particular fault before buying the goods
- damaged the goods.
We will accept returns and provide a refund if:
- goods are faulty or they become faulty soon after buying them
- goods are unfit for their purpose—which means they will not do what the consumer reasonably expected them to
- goods do not match the our description or sample
To claim a refund, please:
- return the goods within 3 days of receipt
- do not dispose of, lose or destroy the goods
- do not damage the goods
- provide proof of purchase, such as our receipt or credit card receipt
- provide details of how the goods are defective
